Personal data requests

Create and download an account-scoped export of the personal information held by the Banalytics Portal.

Keep a copy of your Portal data

Open Profile → Personal data requests. Each row records when an export was requested and provides a download action for the prepared package.

Request, refresh, and download

Create a request

Select the download icon beside the page title and confirm the personal-data request. A new request can be created at most once a week.

Refresh the list

Use the refresh icon to check whether the requested export has been registered and to load the latest rows.

Download your copy

Select the download icon in the required row and confirm. The export is delivered only to the authenticated account that requested it.

This is a Portal account export. It is not an export of video, telemetry, component configuration, or files stored locally by an Agent. See the Privacy Policy for the data boundaries.
