Active sessions
See the currently active web sessions for your own Portal account and distinguish a new login from an older browser session that is still open.

Review every open Portal session
Open Profile → Active sessions. The read-only list contains the session ID, creation time, and current duration. Dates use the time zone selected on the main Profile page.
Use session IDs for correlation. The same identifier appears in the User sessions history, where creation and closure events can be compared.
// Security review
Investigate sessions you do not recognise
Refresh the list before investigating. Compare creation times with your recent logins and use the historical page to see whether older sessions have closed. Treat an unknown active session as an account-security signal and contact support if it cannot be explained.
