Delete a Banalytics account

Account deletion requires confirmation through the registered e-mail address.

Delete from the Portal profile

  1. Open the User Profile in the Banalytics Portal.
  2. Select Delete account.
  3. Open the confirmation message sent to the registered e-mail address.
  4. Use the confirmation link within 24 hours to complete the deletion.

If the confirmation link is not used, the deletion request expires and the account remains available.

What account deletion removes

Deletion removes the Portal profile and related Portal account data, including registered Agent metadata, shares, active sessions, session history and current and historical Agent connection-status records.

Payment, invoice and accounting records may remain where retention is required by Stripe, tax, accounting or other applicable law.

Deleting a Portal account does not remotely delete recordings, telemetry, device configuration, local files or other data stored on an Agent or infrastructure controlled by the user. The owner must remove those data from the relevant equipment.

Manual review rather than a fixed automatic period

Banalytics currently reviews inactive accounts manually and does not promise deletion after a fixed number of months. Before deleting an activated account for inactivity, Banalytics sends a notice to its registered e-mail address. An account that was never activated may be removed without an additional notice.

// Backups

Current backup status

Banalytics does not currently maintain a separate backup copy of the Portal database. If a backup process is introduced, Banalytics will establish a documented rotation and deletion period and update the Privacy Policy before relying on that process.

If you cannot access the profile or confirmation e-mail, contact info@banalytics.live. Banalytics may need sufficient information to verify that the request relates to the correct account.

Before deletion, you can use Personal data requests to obtain an account-scoped copy of the information held by the Portal.
