Watermark
The authenticity and integrity of recordings have emerged as paramount concerns. Incorporating watermarks into video footage from surveillance cameras is imperative for maintaining security and accountability. Watermarks are an indispensable tool in fortifying the reliability and credibility of surveillance recordings, from deterring tampering and ensuring evidentiary integrity to enhancing traceability and legal admissibility.
A watermark can be added to any camera that has a configured Capture Video task. While the video capture settings may vary depending on the camera type, the watermark configuration remains the same across all.
To add a watermark, click the camera title to expand its task list. Select the Capture Video task, then click the Watermark sub-task in the bottom-right corner.
Once the watermark task is added, you can configure its options, start or stop it, or delete it as needed.
